Jess is the founder and principal coach at TraumaShamanic. With over a decade of background in law and social work, combined with advanced training in integrative health and holistic healing modalities, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, metaphysical and consciousness studies, and contemplative spiritual practices, Jess brings both deep professional expertise and lived understanding to her work with individuals, families, and organizations.
Operating from a systems approach to healing informed by her law degree and Master of Social Work degree with social work licensure in multiple states, Jess serves as both a gentle companion and guide and a tenacious advocate for her clients. Her integrative approach is deeply rooted in the conviction that trauma is not a personal failing—it's a natural response to overwhelming experiences. Healing requires more than cognitive insight; it requires the integration of body, heart, mind, relationships, meaning, and spirit—a true whole-person, holistic healing journey.
Currently completing her PhD in Spiritual Healing, Jess is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process their experiences, regulate their nervous systems, heal attachment wounds, and discover post-traumatic growth.

Integrative Holistic Healing
Trauma doesn't affect just one aspect of our being. It impacts our thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, sense of meaning, and spiritual connection. Effective integrative holistic healing must address all six dimensions of the whole person:

- Body: Nervous system health, somatic awareness, and physical safety
