3. Exploration & Processing
You explore your experience at your own pace. Jess offers frameworks, asks reflective questions, and creates space for you to process emotions, beliefs, and patterns.
4. Skill-Building
You learn practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, boundary-setting, and relational skills. These tools are tailored to your needs and integrated into daily life.
5. Integration & Action
Sessions end with reflection on what you've learned and concrete next steps. You're invited to practice tools between sessions and bring insights back to coaching.
